We are looking for a Collection Data Manager to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction.
The Collection Data Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of data collection activities to meet mission requirements. This role involves managing and tracking collection requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the flow of information across operational teams.
The position will work closely with analysts and mission partners to support prioritization, tasking, and reporting efforts, ensuring timely and effective data collection in support of mission objectives.
Responsibilities
Level 1:
Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

- Experience supporting data management, collection processes, or mission operations
- Ability to track, organize, and manage large sets of data and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with intelligence or mission-driven environments is a plus
Level 1:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- An Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
- A High School diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- Degree in any field is acceptable
- A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR
- A Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- An Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, OR
- A High School diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience
- Degree in any field is acceptable
- A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR
- A Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- An Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR
- A High School diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Degree in any field is acceptable
- A Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, OR
