Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail, ensuring visual appeal for customers.
• Package finished products for display or sale, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and measuring ingredients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen and during peak service times.
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
• Strong baking skills with experience in cake decorating and pastry production.
