Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support food preparation activities as needed, including basic food handling and cleaning tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly used
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Basic culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
