Store Manager
Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more boutique locations while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining efficient store operations. Depending on business needs, Store Managers may be assigned to a single location or flex between multiple stores to provide operational support and leadership. This position oversees both sales floor and backroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate inventory, and timely fulfillment of online and in-store orders.
Sales Floor Operations
The Store Manager oversees daily sales floor operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate Point of Sale (POS) transactions, proper merchandising, and consistent product restocking. The Store Manager maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment while supporting sales performance and operational consistency across all assigned locations.
Backroom & Fulfillment Operations
The Store Manager oversees backroom operations by ensuring the timely fulfillment of online orders, in-store pickups, and inventory transfers between store locations. The Store Manager maintains an organized backroom and ensures fulfillment processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management
The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through routine counts, processing incoming merchandise, resolving inventory discrepancies, and coordinating inventory levels across all store locations.
Operational Excellence
The Store Manager ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by overseeing daily store operations, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, workplace safety, and communication with leadership regarding operational needs and store performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should have previous retail and/or management experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work at multiple store locations as needed and the ability to stand for extended periods are required.
