Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required, as training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and insurance representatives.
