Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and meticulously mask off areas to protect customer property.
• Refinishing & Repair: Apply premium coatings and repair materials to bathtubs, tile surrounds, sinks, and countertops with precision.
• Territory Travel: Drive between scheduled residential and commercial job sites across Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, and Northwest Indiana.
• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally, explaining procedures to clients and ensuring high satisfaction upon job completion.
• Equipment Care: Maintain, clean, and properly store professional tools and spray equipment to keep them in peak working order.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable way to travel to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.

Preferred Experience:

• Background as a Handyman, Carpenter, Painter, or in general construction/remodeling trades.
• Experience with surface prep, masking, patching, or using spray equipment is a major plus.
• Excellent time-management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable interacting face-to-face with residential and commercial customers.

While prior handyman or trade experience is highly valued and rewarded in starting pay, we are entirely willing to train the right motivated individual.
