Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as an Escrow Officer located in Houston, TX. The Escrow Officer will manage the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with parties involved in real estate closings, preparing and reviewing escrow documents, executing notary duties, and ensuring smooth and efficient closings. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings, Escrow procedures, and Notary responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate processes and regulations
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Proficiency with escrow and real estate software is a plus
- Certification as a Notary Public is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Texas state regulations related to real estate and escrow is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or business administration is a plus
