The Supreme Court Racquet Clubs is seeking an energetic and professional Tennis Professional to join our team at Ellington Racquet Club. ERC is a brand new (built in 2024), year round tennis and pickleball facility featuring four state of the art tennis courts and four dedicated pickleball courts.
Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor a work visa for this position.
The Supreme Court Racquet Clubs is a growing tennis and pickleball organization operating facilities in Canada and the United States. Since 2019, athletes coached within our system have earned Canadian National and Ontario Provincial Championship titles, NCAA Division I commitments, Junior Davis Cup representation and experience at ATP and WTA events.
Our organization is led by Alastair Millar, Owner and CEO of The Supreme Court Racquet Clubs and Head of Tennis Coaching Education for Tennis Canada. Coaches will have access to professional mentorship, coach development and opportunities to grow within the organization.
At the Ellington Racquet Club, we are committed to delivering exceptional tennis and pickleball opportunities for players of every age and level. We will support the continued growth of racquet sports throughout the region while working closely with the USTA to create strong programs, develop players and drive long term success.
Responsibilities
• Deliver private, semi private and group tennis lessons
• Coach junior and adult programs
• Lead clinics, camps, socials, leagues and club events
• Build positive relationships with members and families
• Support player assessments and program placement
• Help create a welcoming and professional club environment
Qualifications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous tennis coaching experience
• Recognized tennis coaching certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Interest in continued learning and professional development
