Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ECommerce Sales Specialist based in Ashland, VA. The ECommerce Sales Specialist will manage sales and customer service through eCommerce platforms, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include training customers on product offerings and employing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to enhance the eCommerce sales process and meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to create and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide clients and optimize account performance.
