Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet every customer, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on products.
- Sales: Cross-sell products, explain features/pricing, and meet sales targets.
- Operations: Ensure racks are fully stocked, manage inventory, and process returns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to answer inquiries accurately.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to maintain store profitability and cleanliness.
Schedule
- Part-Time: 18–32 hours per week.
- 9-10 Hours Shifts (2-3 days per week)
- Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts.
- Requires flexible availability to work various shifts.
- Includes a comprehensive 4-week training period.
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
