Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for students in various tennis.
- Provide instruction and guidance to students on techniques, strategies, and rules of the games.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules and regulations during practices and events.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere during sessions.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitions while adapting activities to suit different skill levels.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
Skills
- Previous experience in tennis coaching is a plus for this role.
- Strong background in tennis coaching or teaching sports education is essential.
- Experience working with students in childcare or educational settings is highly desirable.
