HOT SCULPT INSTRUCTOR

The Sunroom is looking for powerful, music-driven instructors to lead Hot Sculpt, our signature heated strength movement class that blends yoga, strength and sculpt training into a full-body experience.

Hot Sculpt is rhythmic, energizing, and intentional. We move with the music, build heat in the body, and guide people out of their heads and into their bodies.

We’re looking for instructors who can hold a room, move with confidence, and create an unforgettable class experience.

Hot Sculpt instructors lead 50 minute heated sculpt classes that blend:

• strength training

• core work

• yoga flow

• music-driven sequencing

• creative use of Bala weights

Bala weights are a signature part of our sculpt format. Instructors should feel comfortable using them creatively and intelligently to build strength, endurance, and flow within the class.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO

• Have experience teaching sculpt, Pilates, strength, or heated yoga

• Are comfortable leading high-energy classes with music

• Can use Bala weights creatively and safely in class sequencing

• Have strong cueing and movement knowledge

• Can read the room and adjust energy accordingly

• Bring authenticity, warmth, and leadership to class

Teaching experience preferred, but presence and energy matter most.

contract - available to sub and if interested possible permanent class early Friday evenings, Thursday evenings or Sunday evenings.
