What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Collections Representative position at The Sunrise Family of Companies?
THE POSITION:
Our company handles INBOUND calls for a utility company. Your responsibilities would include processing payments, helping customers with their concerns about their accounts or bill, and providing options to resolve their bill. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, while we emphasize the importance of resolving the bill!
No experience necessary. We teach you everything you need to know during basic training. We have an in-house university style training program. After basic training you can take courses to help enrich your career.
- $18/HR STARTING PAY – Weekly pay!

OUR LOCATION:
Our building is in Melville, NY. Our office is located near Route 110 and the Long Island Expressway. We are 5 minutes from Farmingdale State College and Adventureland
SCHEDULE:
Choose a schedule that works for you!
We have shift flexibility, including morning shifts, afternoon shifts, and shifts on Saturdays. We operate the following hours:
Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm & Saturdays: 9am-1pm
HYBRID:
There is the potential for Hybrid work to become available to you based on performance, 90 days AFTER training has been completed. Hybrid schedules work the following way:
- 3 Days in-office & 2 Days at home.
- If you work part time, you will be considered for hybrid work 90 days AFTER training based on performance.
