JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Accountant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day cash management, accounting, and reporting functions across U.S. and international entities. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to work with sensitive financial data in a high-confidentiality environment. The ideal candidate will bring both administrative and technical skills, including the preparation of weekly cash reports and assistance with tax and regulatory filings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A successful Treasury Accountant in the Treasury Department must spend over 50% of work time on, and satisfactorily perform, these general categories of duties, which require significant discretion and independent judgment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process daily treasury transactions, including ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements.
• Reconcile and account for activity across multiple U.S. and international bank accounts.
• Prepare and distribute detailed weekly cash reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain intercompany receivables and payables, including promissory note tracking.
• Record journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assist with general ledger maintenance in QuickBooks.
• Support the preparation of internal financial statements and unaudited reporting packages.
• Perform administrative tasks such as certified mailings, document filing, and report formatting.
• Regular interaction with immediate team, cross-functional peers, banks/ financial institutions and direct manager via email, phone, and in person.
• Occasional interaction with senior leaders.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and data entry.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial and personal information.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team.
• English fluency required; Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required.
• Hands-on support with ACH, wire transfers, cash reports
• Use of QuickBooks and Excel
• Experience using Thomson Reuters individual tax software or similar tools is desirable.

 Education and/or Experience

• An associate‘s degree is desirable.
• 3 years of previous experience required.
