Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000–$65,000 starting pay (Base Salary Bonus Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on outstanding guest experiences, membership growth, and retail success
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative, positive environment
- Build a culture of accountability, encouragement, and professional growth
- Drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Resolve guest and employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Oversee operational details, scheduling, reporting, and process improvements to keep the location running smoothly
- Foster strong relationships with both guests and staff to create a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-focused management
- Passionate about coaching, developing others, and building successful teams
- Skilled at balancing operational excellence with customer satisfaction and employee engagement
