- Process email/phone correspondence
- Maintain partnerships between businesses with daily communication
- Provide quotes to customers using pricing lists
- Enter new sales orders/update existing sales orders with revisions
- Data Entry
Requirements of the Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist!
- High School Graduate with 3.0 GPA or higher
- Associates Degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of prior marketing or customer service required
