Pay: $20 - $21/hr
Location: Amherst, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Under the general supervision of the Director of Administrative Services and/or Office Manager, an Administrative Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely performance of clerical and administrative duties.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES - Must be able to type with minimal errors. Some knowledge of business machines and general clerical activity desirable. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Administrative Services and/or Office Manager, an Administrative Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely performance of clerical and administrative duties.
- General clerical duties
- Agency Record/File Creation, Organizing, Maintaining, Archiving and Processing of Record Requests (FERPA/ HIPPA)
- Maintain contact and assist with scheduling (meetings, observations, etc.) with external and internal agencies/staff, organizations, and groups
- Provide receptionist duties for agency
- Processes information for individuals served
- Adheres to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism, and Respect
- Adheres to the Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance and punctuality, and Paid Time Off
- Any other duties as requested by your supervisor
