Position Overview:
This hybrid role is designed for someone who is mechanically inclined and also interested in advancing into store leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technician:
- Diagnose and repair electric golf carts and UTV’s
- Perform maintenance tasks including battery checks, tire replacements, wiring, and other mechanical work
- Install accessories and custom upgrades (lift kits, lights, sound systems, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and retail area
- Support day-to-day store operations and customer service
- Assist with sales, quoting custom builds, and processing transactions
- Learn inventory management and ordering parts/supplies
- Maintain consistent logs for repairs on carts
- Manage Rental Fleet
- Uphold a high standard of service and professionalism
- Work directly with customers in store to help with their needs
Assistant Store Manager:
Role will be responsible for day to day service department and cover all aspects of Store when Owner is out.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong Automotive repair or Golf Cart repair experience
- Mechanical aptitude or prior technician experience required
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, shop/retail environment
