Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Troy, MI. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers in the showroom, by phone, and online to understand their transportation needs and recommend appropriate vehicle and financing options. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, preparing accurate purchase or lease documentation, and following up with prospects and existing customers to support long-term relationships. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product and inventory knowledge, collaborating with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. The Sales Consultant is expected to uphold company values, comply with all regulatory and process requirements, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
