Role Overview
The Styling & Operations Assistant is the connective force between SBC’s creative styling team and its operational precision. This role supports the Chief Creative Officer across styling logistics, client experience, and digital wardrobe management, ensuring every system, shipment, and space reflects SBC’s standard of excellence.
This person will not be directly responsible for creative styling direction but will deliver the white-glove experience that defines SBC: polished fittings, seamless deliveries, immaculate set-ups, and total discretion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Business Support (CCO & Styling Leadership)
- Manage calendar, inbox, meeting preparation, and follow-ups for the CCO.
- Track cross-functional projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Prepare documents and decks for leadership meetings, partnership reviews, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain dashboards for client engagement, inventory movement, and team deliverables.
- Anticipate needs and create systems that allow the CCO and styling leadership to operate efficiently.
2. Styling & Operations Execution
- Coordinate all styling logistics, including pick-ups, deliveries, consignment orders, and shipment tracking for high-profile clients.
- Manage onsite fittings, wardrobe setups, and photo-ready presentations in clients’ homes, ensuring each experience is seamless, efficient, and discreet.
- Oversee professional packing and garment handling for local and travel fittings.
- Maintain the Master Inventory Repository: linking imagery, receipts, affiliate data, and pricing across Google Drive, HubSpot, and client profiles.
- Support the styling team by ensuring all wardrobe elements arrive, are prepped, and are accounted for before each client appointment.
- Supervise third-party vendors for garment cleaning, tailoring, or transport.
3. Historical Data Archive (Wardrobe Intelligence Initiative)
- Lead SBC’s Historical Data Archive, transforming years of client wardrobe data into a searchable, visual library.
- Oversee contractors performing data entry, imagery sourcing, and affiliate wrapping.
- Maintain SOP documentation and Loom tutorials; enforce data integrity standards.
- Integrate assets across Google Drive, Milanote, and ShopMy for analytics and resale visibility.
- Partner with the CCO to evolve this archive into a long-term internal “fashion intelligence” system supporting future product and resale strategy.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Bridge styling, brand, tech, and operations teams ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Coordinate product pulls and returns for editorials, partnerships, and events.
- Support asset organization for content, editorial, and affiliate programs.
- Prepare internal reports and trackers for the CEO, CCO, and leadership team.
5. Systems & Process Optimization
- Uphold SBC’s digital infrastructure: Google Drive hierarchy, Milanote structure, and file-naming conventions.
- Manage renewals and vendor accounts (ShopMy, Canva, Milanote, etc.).
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure accuracy across systems and inventories.
- Develop and refine internal best practices for styling workflows and operational discipline.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in fashion operations, executive assistance, or luxury styling support.
- Deep understanding of luxury client service and white-glove execution.
- Advanced organizational and project-management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, ShopMy, and HubSpot.
- Ability to manage logistics discreetly for high-profile clients.
- Excellent written communication and professional polish.
