Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Manage the salon’s front desk operations, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and guest inquiries using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Lead and motivate a team of hosts and support staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality
- Oversee phone etiquette and communication to ensure clear, friendly, and professional interactions with clients and team members
- Coordinate with stylists and salon professionals to optimize appointment flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences that foster loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment in all front-of-house areas
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with guests and team members alike
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of guest services and phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions
