JOB TITLE: Information Technology Engineer 3

LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK

PAY RATE: $66/hour

Summary:

• Manage Azure DevOps structure, including naming conventions, Area Paths (permissions/WBS), and Iteration Paths (dashboards/reporting).
• Maintain and optimize Azure DevOps projects to ensure performance, stability, and standardization.
• Train and support teams on OOTB Azure DevOps functionality to minimize unnecessary customization.
• Identify and implement AI integration opportunities within existing tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure DevOps issues.
• Define and validate system requirements; design, develop, and test applications.
• Conduct trade studies and evaluations to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Develop and deploy new processes, including documentation and training.
• Support system integration strategies and transition from legacy systems to modern solutions.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (not required to start).
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 5 or more years of experience in an engineering classification; OR Master’s degree and typically 3 or more years of experience in an engineering classification; OR PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
• 3 years of Azure DevOps experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization, including technical teams and senior leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software coding experience.
