Duration: 3 Months Contract
Job Description:
- High School diploma / GED or higher
- Strong customer service experience

- Capability to effectively and accurately execute high-priority, time-sensitive tasks
What you'll be doing
- Resolve credit bureau disputes by following department policy and procedures
- Enter data into dispute database
- Research and respond to complex customer disputes
- Identify trends in disputes and bring to the attention of the management team and assist in resolution
- Actively participates in team meetings
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
