We are a busy roadway and parking lot striping company based in Farmington, Utah, providing high-quality pavement marking services across the state. Our team works on a wide range of projects including highways, city streets, commercial parking lots, and specialty striping. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Striping Technician / Laborer assists with roadway and parking lot striping operations. This role involves working outdoors, operating equipment, preparing job sites, and supporting the striping crew to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with roadway and parking lot striping operations
- Operate striping and layout equipment (training provided)
- Prepare surfaces for striping including cleaning and layout
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow traffic control and safety procedures
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Travel to job sites throughout Utah with occasional out-of-state work
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain for the right candidate)
- Construction or roadway experience is a plus but not required

- Full-time
