Compensation: Full-Time Team Members

Potential Earnings: $65,000 – $90,000 annually

Part-Time Opportunities Available

Part-time candidates are welcome.

Flexible scheduling available.

Part-time compensation is hourly and/or session-based.

Schedule Requirements: Full-Time Candidates

• Minimum availability of 30 hours weekly
• Must be available evenings (up to 9 pm occassionally)
• Must be available weekends
• Flexibility preferred based on business demand

What You’ll Do: Client Care & Bodywork

• Deliver premium stretch therapy and wellness experiences
• Perform assisted stretching, mobility work, bodywork techniques, recovery services, and movement-based wellness techniques
• Conduct movement assessments and identify mobility restrictions
• Create individualized wellness recommendations
• Educate clients on posture, recovery, movement quality, pain reduction, mobility, and long-term wellness strategies
• Recommend appropriate care plans and wellness recommendations
• Document sessions professionally
• Support client progress and long-term outcomes

Premium Client Experience

Sales & Client Retention

This role requires comfort discussing:

• Memberships
• Wellness plans
• Treatment recommendations
• Long-term client care strategies

Required Qualifications: Minimum Requirements

✓ 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

• Massage Therapy
• Athletic Training
• Personal Training
• Stretch Therapy
• Corrective Exercise
• Recovery Therapy
• Bodywork
• Physical Therapy Support
• Chiropractic Assistance
• Mobility Coaching
• Movement Coaching
• Sports Recovery
