About the Role
The Straw is hiring 2 part-time Crew Team Member/Sip Specialists to support daily café operations, prepare beverages, and provide friendly customer service. This role supports the Café Manager and helps keep service running smoothly during busy times and manager off-hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, boba tea, smoothies, and soda-based drinks according to recipes
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous café, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Must be 16 years old
Work Environment
This position involves standing for extended periods and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Training is provided.
