Responsibilities
The Role: What Youll Actually Do
Be a Consultant: Listen to neighbors and business owners to find the gaps in their protection.
Own the Room: Network and build relationships within the [City/Region] community.
Crush Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a "customer-first" heart.
Grow Daily: Participate in strategy huddles and professional development workshops. There's a lot to learn, you won't ever know it all. It's expected you try to anyway. You're going to be a resource for customers and will know where to find the answers.
Requirements
Ideally, your already hold a WI License for property, casualty, and life insurance. If not, you need to be before employment starts (we'll help you find the way, reimbursement provided). Current producers should be interested (higher commissions). Current non-insurance sales professionals (car sales, real estate sales) should be interested (more consistent income)
