The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime is absolutely available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Make sure our customers are safe and satisfied with your service calls, installations, reports and other labor.
*Assist on jobs with team mates and individually. Collaborate with trade partners for installations, service, inspections, deliveries, pickups or other services for gas, wood, pellet and electrical fuel types.
*Follow manufacturer, NFI, CSIA or AHJ standards if there are additional code requirements.
*Act as a documentarian and take required pictures submitting them before leaving the job. Pictures or it didn't happen.
*Assist the sales team in resolving any technical issues or making good faith replacement recommendations for recent service customers. It is our job to help customers make the best decision for their home heating goals. Even if that means not selling anything at all.

*Review service truck stock and collaborate with the service scheduler to order stock service parts for the parts room.
REQUIREMENTS:

*Candidate must live within a 35-minute commute of Phoenixville, PA 19460.
*Ability to move up to 100 pounds and do roof work in cold weather. This is crucial.
*The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong interpersonal skills as the position requires daily contact with customers, managers, and salespeople.
Starting salary is $25 per hour for full time employment with the opportunity for an increase for strong performance, experience, ability and commitment. There is always an opportunity for a higher starting salary with additional industry experience! Pay increases with experience and certification.
