We’re looking for a PART TIME energetic, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead daily operations at our Endicott facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and enjoy driving results, this is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact role.
This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Groundskeeping Operations
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating efficiently
- Handle maintenance at the property (unit clean outs, lawn care, etc.)
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Resolve concerns and disputes with confidence and care
- Build strong relationships with tenants and vendors
Stay Organized & Data-Driven
- Utilize StorEdge property management software
- Track occupancy, revenue performance, and key operational metric
- Maintain accurate contacts, records, and reports
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of property management or maintenance experience
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service background preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Professional, solution-oriented mindset
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
