What You’ll Do:
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee leasing, customer service, collections, and maintenance coordination
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating efficiently
Drive Sales & Revenue
- Convert inquiries into rentals using effective sales strategies
- Upsell units and ancillary products
- Monitor occupancy and implement local marketing initiatives
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Resolve concerns and disputes with confidence and care
- Build strong relationships with tenants and vendors
Stay Organized & Data-Driven
- Utilize StorEdge property management software
- Track occupancy, revenue performance, and key operational metric
- Maintain accurate contacts, records, and reports
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of property management or related experience
- Retail, hospitality, or sales background preferred
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Professional, solution-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
