We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts for our Manistee facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving local awareness, and turning interest into rentals. This is a part-time position (approximately 15 hours a week).
What You’ll Do:
Drive Local Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Execute grassroots and digital marketing initiatives to increase awareness and rentals
- Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
- Manage online listings, reviews, and social media presence
- Identify creative ways to attract and retain customers
Support Sales & Customer Experience
- Respond to inquiries and convert leads into rentals
- Recommend the right storage solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver friendly, responsive, and professional service (phone, email, in-person)
Stay Organized & Results-Focused
- Track leads, rentals, and marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate customer records using property management software
- Monitor occupancy trends and suggest improvements
