What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at The Stone Oven?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the kitchen, be able to work in a busy restaurant environment, and be able to take direction well and multi-task effectively. The successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes and specifications.
- Ensure proper food storage procedures are followed.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule.
- Adhere to all food safety requirements.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
