Who You Are: Landscape architect with 5 years experience designing outdoor living spaces and landscape plans for homeowners in the Carolina's. Consistently deliver quality designs based on their desires and needs within the budget and timeline necessary. Detail oriented, friendly and willingness to work as a team. Ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
The Opportunity: You will work be and integral part of the sales team using your experience and vision to create detailed landscape and hardscape plans for residential clients. You will also work with our production team supporting takeoff and estimation of the projects. Finally you will watch the project come to life as we bring it to life at our customer's homes.

What You’ll Do:
- Create compelling landscape & hardscape site plans, lighting plans, drainage plans and planting layouts for residential properties.
- Verify or complete site survey's for property measurements and elevations.
- Prepare and calculate material takeoffs for estimating purposes
- Support the sales and project teams when engaging with customers, developing ideas and answering questions.
Must-haves in a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- 5 years experience in residential landscape architecture and design
- Design experience with landscape, hardscape, pool, outdoor kitchen, fire and water features and carpentry.
- Knowledge of hardscaping, horticulture, grading and drainage for the local Charlotte, NC market.
- Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making
- Humility. A willingness to learn and grow
- Inspired by our mission and core values.
- Creative critical thinking and analysis
- Proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, CAD or similar
- Valid drivers license.
Helpful Experience to Have In a Candidate:
- Professional registration as a Landscape Architect/Designer preferred
- Buildertrend construction management software
- HubSpot customer management tools
Details:
- This is a full time, 40 hours per week job based in our company office in Fort Mill, SC.
