What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at The Stone House Tavern?
We are locally owned, high-volume restaurant looking for professional individuals who have a passion for providing superior guest service with quality food and drinks. Candidates must possess a sense of urgency, a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team. Must be 21 years or older. Pay is $5.25/hr plus tips. Average bartender pay with tips is $25/hr, with those committed to working high volume shifts making closer to $30/hr.
As a bartender you will:
- Be an expert on the food and bar menu
- Create a fun, energetic bar atmosphere
- Ensure guests having an outstanding dining experience
- Support fellow team members and lend a helping hand when needed
