The Stone Center of New Jersey, one of the nation’s largest urological ambulatory care facilities, is seeking a Patient Representative to join our team. We provide lithotripsy and urological services to more than 3,000 patients annually in a state‑licensed, Joint Commission–accredited environment located on the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences campus.
The Patient Representative is responsible for patient admission and business office activities. Fluent in Spanish, high school diploma required, college degree preferred, and experience preferred.
- Must be able to organize and multitask for timely patient flow.
- Must possess the ability to communicate, interact and work effectively with all patients, family members, staff, and management to ensure a true team approach.
- Knowledge of complying with and maintaining confidentiality of patient health information.

Daily duties include:
- Admit patients and register in Practice Management System
- Upload Pre-Admission Testing to Electronic Charts
- Process Credit Card transactions and Daily Bank Deposit
- Inventory ordering for office supplies and lounge supplies
