What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bartender position at the Stockroom?
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable bartender who can continue and further advance our bar-program. We are searching for someone who brings creative ideas for growth while embracing and keeping true to our brand. Someone who shares our same passion for quality and service.
The ideal candidate is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the craft beer industry and can educate patrons on the different beer offerings. Candidates should have a similar knowledge of bourbon, old fashioneds, and other cocktails and be able to offer food pairing suggestions. We want to pique our customers interest with new twists on classic cocktails and are looking for someone who is excited to engage with and educate patrons about the world of mixology. Our goal is to continue being a place where locals repeatedly visit and wanderers seek out and can’t wait to go back and tell their friends.
