Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring each drink exceeds guest expectations
- Engage with guests in a lively, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat visits
- Manage bar operations efficiently during shifts, including processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS system Toast
- Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and innovative
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to ensure the bar is fully stocked for busy nights
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our speakeasy’s unique vibe
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail crafting skills
