Position: Holiday Store Manager
Location: A whimsical wonderland filled with twinkling lights and the scent of gingerbread! (Mall St Matthews)
Dates: October through December 31st, with prospects for ongoing merriment!
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Elves: Assemble, inspire and manage a team of spirited Holiday Happiness Specialists to create a joyful atmosphere. Motivate them with pep talks, holiday puns, and the occasional hot cocoa party!
- Curate the Magic: Oversee merchandise displays that delight the eye and capture the imagination, ensuring every shelf tells a holiday story worthy of a fairytale.
- Customer Experience Extraordinaire: Lead by example in delivering warm, inviting customer service that makes each guest feel confident that they can check off their entire list before leaving our store.
- Joyful Inventory Management: Help monitor stock levels and manage inventory with the precision of Santa checking his naughty and nice list!
- Operations Wizardry: Maintain balanced registers, ensuring the store thrives through the season with profitable, yet whimsical charm!
- Lead with Cheer: Conduct team meetings that inspire creativity and celebrate employee successes with holiday treats and cheerful recognition!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail management experience
- A heart full of holiday spirit and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with a knack for fun and a heap of organizational prowess.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speak fluent “holiday cheer”!
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the bustling holiday season.
