The Still has been serving Lincoln, and Southeast Nebraska for 45 years. We offer a broad, yet curated selection of the finest products. We employ a knowledgeable staff and offer exemplary customer service.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable full-time team member to join our growing team. We want to hear from you if you're a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow!

Responsibilities:

o Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their needs.

o Helping to supervise store operations.

o Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

o Utilizing cash register to execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

o Receiving and processing deliveries.

o Lifting and moving heavy items.

o Maintaining product displays.

o Helping address customer concerns and resolving problems as they arise.

o Taking initiative to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, carrying, and standing.
• Beer, Wine, and Spirits knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Driven to advance within the company.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
