What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Coach position at The Stick Shift School?

We are a family-owned, small business start up with one passion: keeping the art of driving stick shift alive!
We are hiring a client success coach to assist our clients in learning the ways of the stick shift using our proven method, which guarantees all our clients master manual transmission in just one lesson.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be presentable, charismatic and enjoy working with people!
The client success coach (CSC) is responsible for meeting the client in a company provided vehicle at a predetermined lesson location within their own locality, and showcasing the client how to successfully operate a manual transmission vehicle after training is completed.
Each lesson takes approximately two hours, depending on the client.
Paid training is provided by the company, where the new hires will shadow a Sr. Client Success Coach during mock & live lessons.
Training includes:
- Full review alongside manager of our stick shift lesson plan
- 2 shadowing sessions of Sr. Client Success Coach
- New hire-led lesson alongside the Sr. Instructor
- 1 final lesson led by the new hire with minimal supervision from Sr. CSC
- Once training is complete, compensation is $30 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hour shifts. Tips earned typically range between $10 - $100 per lesson. Bonus pay is available for this position.
The schedule for the position of Client Success Coach is dynamic and tied to the candidate's desired availability.
