This individual will serve as a key operational partner, helping streamline the principal’s responsibilities by managing schedules, communications, and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Agency Principal’s inbox
- Draft, respond to, and organize email communications
- Ensure timely follow-up on important correspondence
- Assist with communication to clients, partners, and vendors
- Assist in organizing and streamlining the principal’s workflow
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as newsletters or announcements
- Coordinate internal team meetings and leadership sessions
- Help manage relationships with key referral partners
Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting an executive, business owner or senior leader
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and competing priorities
- Experience handling high volumes of email communication and correspondence
- Ability to represent the Agency Principal professionally and confidently
- Exceptional written communication skills (ability to draft professional emails on behalf of an executive)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments
Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
