The Sterling Group Global at Keller Williams Infinity is seeking motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals (0–3 years experience) to join us as Leasing Agents.
In this role, you’ll manage leasing operations across multiple residential properties throughout Chicagoland — conducting showings, supporting clients, and guiding them through the leasing process from first contact to signed lease. This position offers structured training, mentorship, and significant earning potential, with driven agents typically earning $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full leasing cycle from marketing listings to final lease execution.
- Conduct property showings, walkthroughs, and inspections across Chicagoland.
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and property owner inquiries.
- Educate clients on property features, lease terms, and neighborhood benefits.
- Coordinate with owners, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth lease transactions.
- Maintain organized records of leads, applications, and leasing documentation.
- Implement strategies to improve listing visibility and leasing performance.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Real Estate License required.
- Membership with the local real estate board required.
- Ideal for recent grads and those with 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Chicagoland.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRMs, digital marketing tools, and online leasing platforms.
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends.
