As Quality Assurance Manager you will lead the QA and Sanitation teams and set the tone for food safety and quality across the facility. You will shape how the site prepares for audits, how it responds to risks, how it protects the customer and how it keeps pushing for improvement even when things look good on paper. You will be the voice in the room that speaks for the product, the consumer and the brand, and you will be listened to.
This is a visible leadership role with genuine influence. You will work closely with production, maintenance and R&D onsite and collaborate with the wider quality organisation in the US. There is structure, support and expertise around you, but you will still have the autonomy to run your department your way and drive the standards you believe in.
The site operates Monday to Friday with two production shifts and a sanitation-led third shift. The team is experienced and capable. What they need now is a leader who can take something already strong and make it exceptional. Someone who is not content with maintaining the status quo. Someone who will challenge respectfully, communicate clearly and inspire others to raise the bar because it matters.
