Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, head units, and custom electronics.
- Diagnose electrical issues related to audio and multimedia components using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics.
- Perform vehicle inspections to ensure compatibility of audio systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, to modify or repair vehicle interiors and electronic components as needed.
- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately install or repair complex automotive electrical systems.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s audio system enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in automotive repair shops.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools.
- Experience working on All vehicles.
- Customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.05 - $35.00 per hour
