The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity supporting students in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year.

Assignment Dates: July 27, 2026 – May 21, 2027

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 40 billable hours per week
- 8 billable hours per day
- 30-minute unpaid break
- Daily schedule may fall between:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Grade Levels: K–12
Position OverviewThe BCBA will support schools, classrooms, and students throughout the district based on district needs. This position requires the BCBA to be in the office or on a school campus during all scheduled work hours.
The assigned BCBA will not be able to provide support to private clients during school hours or while working within the district setting.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing direct behavioral services to students
- Conducting and supporting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing and assisting with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supporting Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collecting and analyzing behavioral data
- Providing behavioral consultations to school teams
- Training, coaching, and mentoring teachers and staff
- Shadowing and supporting classroom teams
- Supervising staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Supporting students across K–12 grade levels
- Working with students with Autism, behavioral needs, Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairments (OHI), and complex support needs
- Providing services in both General Education and Special Education environments
- Supporting medically fragile students when needed
- Managing a variety of behaviors and student needs
- Adjusting caseloads based on district priorities
- Working across different school sites throughout the district
- Active BCBA certification/licensure
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience required
- Completion of required supervision coursework
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Supervision Course Requirement:
Candidates must provide proof of completion of an 8-hour supervision course.
