We're looking for compassionate, driven Behavior Technicians to join our team in Highland, MI! This is a full-time opportunity where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, develop valuable skills, and build a rewarding career while supporting students in achieving success both inside and outside the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
- 6 months of experience working in an educational setting with children with behavioral challenges is required
- Experience working with Moderate-Severe behaviors is required
