Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Maryland Social Work licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C)
- Maryland certification or eligibility for certification as a School Social Worker
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings preferred
- Special Education Experience

What You'll Do:
- Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
- Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
