The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for students in Philadelphia, PA. As a school-based private duty LPN, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR certification
- Required: Pediatric experience, trach/vent management, VNS, g-tube feeding management, diabetic management, o2 monitoring, med pass, epi pen, diastat, catherization
- Additional: School based experience
