Position Highlights

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Provide behavioral consultation and support
- Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support teachers, administrators, and families
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicable
- Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population
You'll work with students from elementary through high school with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Other behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
School-based experience is preferred, but not required.
