Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | Full-Time | Salinas, CA | $60-$65 per Hour

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Salinas, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.
Compensation

Position Details
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday school schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Onsite services only
- Support students across general and special education settings
- Collaborative school-based role within a unified district
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff
- Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population
- Preschool through sixth grade
- General Education and Special Education settings
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
